Have you ever wanted to write a book but don’t know how to begin? I have heard this time and time again from conversations when someone finds out I wrote a book. It can be intimidating to anyone. It was for me when I began this journey of becoming a self-published author. But like anything else, once you educate yourself and go through the process, it doesn’t seem as overwhelming like it was in the beginning.
I decided to conduct a pilot project in walking a couple of people through this process. The first and most important thing for anyone is to LEARN how to do this for themselves. From this pilot project, I was able to produce training videos for people that are interested in learning to become a self-published author. These videos will take anyone through the entire process, from the very beginning of determining what and how to write to the book release.
The training videos are composed of three modules – ABC – to make it simple for anyone to remember the entire process.
A stands for Approach. Which direction do you want to go? You will be given tools to help you start writing, determine what message you are trying to share and who the targeted audience is that you are trying to reach.
B stands for Blueprint. How do you want your book to look like on the inside and outside? This module goes over the more technical specifications about the physical look of the book. This includes but not limited to the cover, image, layout, interior, fonts, trim size, etc.)
C stands for Communicate. Where do you spread the word about your book release? Learn creative ways to get the word out. Learn self-marketing strategy using social media, blogging, websites, friends/family, church, etc.
To become a self-published author starts with you learning the process and we made it easy for you to achieve this through the “PUBLISHED BY ME” Training videos. If you are interested in purchasing these, please contact us at info@miraconenterprises.com
We look forward to helping you become a self-publisehd author.
